The BK Knights are the heavy favorite to win the 4A SIC title this season according to the Idaho Statesman “High School Football Preview 2010.”  BK won the league last year and ended the season with an 8-2 mark. BK alum Tim Brennan ’77, who takes over as head coach of the Caldwell Cougars this fall, is featured on the cover of the section (Sunday circulation of 72,000).  Caldwell competes in what is arguably the toughest conference in the entire state, and his schedule includes 2009 5A title game teams Eagle and Capital. The Cougars open the ’10 season this Friday night at Nampa.
