Former BK standout Josh Osich ’07 was selected by the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim during today’s Major League Baseball draft. Osich was taken in the 7th round and 234th overall during the draft event.

Currently a member of the Oregon State Beavers ballclub, Osich was an outstanding two-way starter for the BK Knights football team in addition to his role on the basketball team and ace of the pitching staff at BK. He is the son of Mike (BK ’79) and Shawna Osich.

His high school baseball coach at BK was current Knight skipper Bobby Sutcliffe.
